The resource person, Ms. Subha Thangaraj, illuminated Leadership Fundamentals through engaging activities like Gallery Walk and Networking Over Dinner.
Participants were enlightened on the Three Dimensions of Leadership, executing strategies using Objectives & Key Results (OKR), and creating Vision Boards for all departments.
The workshop highlighted the traits of a Level 5 Transformative Leader: fierce yet humble, emphasizing the importance of being Coaches rather than Mentors. Furthermore, the characteristics of Agile Teams and the value of Don Clifton's strengths were thoroughly explored.
